Song : Seven O'Clock
Album : Gigaton

Intro : Em Em/B G A
        Em Em/B Em
        Em Em/B G A
        Em Em/B Em

Verse :
G
Seven o'clock in the morning,
       C
got a message from afar
       G/B
Down under an oasis where there are
C
dreams still being born
     G
And summer spoke to winter relaying
C
all encouraging words
       G/B
And I was fully grateful mutant
  C
messages were heard

G
Moved on from my despondency and
 C
left it in the bed
      G/B
Do I leave it there still sleeping or
     C
maybe kill it better yet?
     G
For this is no time for depression or
  C
self indulgent hesitance
        G/B
This fucked up situation calls for
 C G C
all hands, hands on deck

G
Freedom is as freedom does and
  C
freedom is a verb
        G/B
They giveth and they taketh and you
          C
fight to keep that what you've earned
   G
We saw the destination, got so
  C
close before its turned
         G/B
Swim sideways from this undertow and
C G C
do not be deterred

Chorus :
A Em
 Floodlight dreams go drifting past
G D
All the lives we could've had
A Em
 Distant loves floating above
G D
Close these eyes They've seen enough

Instrumental : Em Em/B G A
               Em Em/B Em
               Em Em/B G A
               Em Em/B Em

Verse :
G
Caught the butterfly, broke its wing
      C
then put it on display
         G/B
Stripped of all its beauty once it
      C
could not fly high away
G
Still alive like a passer by
    C
overdosed on gamma rays
      G/B
Another "God's" creation destined
C G C
to be thrown away

G
Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse they
C
forged the north and west
          G/B
Then you get Sitting Bullshit as
    C
our sitting president
 G
Talking to his mirror, whats he
C
say, what's it say back?
      G/B
A tragedy of errors, who'll be
 C G C
last to have a laugh?

Chorus :
A Em
His best days gone, hard to admit
G
 Throwing angry punches with
           D
nothing to hit
A
 Luminous thoughts were once
        Em
all he had
Em D
 Fading lights, lost eloquence
A Em
There's still a fire in the engine room
G D
Knows relief will be coming soon

Instrumental : C#m D A E (x2)

 What’s to be done
         A E
Carve a path for Rivers reign

Pearl Jam
Pearl Jam is an American rock band formed in 1990 in Seattle, Washington. The band's lineup consists of founding members Jeff Ament (bass guitar), Stone Gossard (rhythm guitar), Mike McCready (lead guitar), and Eddie Vedder (lead vocals, guitar), as well as Matt Cameron (drums), who joined in 1998. Keyboardist Boom Gaspar has also been a touring/session member with the band since 2002. Drummers Jack Irons, Dave Krusen, Matt Chamberlain, and Dave Abbruzzese are former members of the band.

Formed after the demise of Gossard and Ament's previous band, Mother Love Bone, Pearl Jam broke into the mainstream with its debut album, Ten, in 1991. One of the key bands in the grunge movement of the early 1990s, its members often shunned popular music industry practices such as making music videos or giving interviews. The band also sued Ticketmaster, claiming it had monopolized the concert-ticket market. In 2006, Rolling Stone described the band as having "spent much of the past decade deliberately tearing apart their own fame."
